Name: Fay D. Flourite
Age: 16
Appearance: A very slim young man with the figure of a gymnast: all slim and no obvious muscles, but light on his feet and rather flexible. Has stunning blue eyes and floppy blonde hair that gets in said eyes sometimes. Tends to wear white or blue.

Personality: When called upon, Fay behaves just as you would expect of the adopted son of a nobleman: polite, refined, and pleasantly tempered. However, usually he’s far less solemn and a lot more scatter-brained, naive, and, frankly, touchy-feely, however unusual that is. Fay has a fondness for hugs. He’s also rather girly: he’d pick hair-braiding over contact sport any day.

He also has a rather motherly side, meaning it’s not unusual to see him taking animals or younger students under his wing.

And as well as all that, he has been known to angst occasionally, as he is the adopted son of Lord Ashura and, like all adopted children, does have a craving to know who his biological family is. That bothers him a lot less now, though, as he gets to spend more time with his best friend Kurogane, who somehow always makes him feel better.

History: Fay was found as a baby on the doorsteps of Lord Ashura’s home in a rather clichéd manner. Lord Ashura took the child into his home and raised him along with his own son, also named Ashura, with whom Fay has a fairly close relationship. Fay met Kurogane at age six at a grand party, and they were fast friends, though didn’t live as close to each other as they would have liked. Still, they got to meet up occasionally (though not nearly enough), and were both delighted to find themselves at the Academy together. It’s very difficult to separate them, and they don’t take kindly to it.
